If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have created a clear and simple process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. 1. General Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window for most products purchased through glawrise.site. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery. However, certain items may be ineligible for return under specific circumstances. The following conditions apply to all returns:
- New, Unused Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. All product tags, labels, and accessories must also be included.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) for all returns and exchanges.
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns will only be accepted if the item is in resalable condition or is defective or damaged upon delivery.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged:

- Items that have been used, opened, or altered.

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow the steps below:

- Step 2: After confirming your return request, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to return the item.
- Step 3: Carefully package the item in its original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect item, defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product or size, please follow the same return process as outlined above. After we receive the returned item, we will issue a store credit or process an exchange for the requested item (subject to availability).
Please note that exchanges are subject to the product’s availability in stock. If the exchange product is out of stock, we will offer you the option to choose an alternative item or request a refund.
4. Refunds

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions for returning the damaged or defective product. We will also arrange for a replacement or full refund as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you.
To expedite the process, please provide the following:

6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time of 7–10 business days, please follow these steps:

7. Exchanges for Gift Purchases
